Es uno de los pocos fraccionamientos que no necesitas barda para encerrar tu casa, muy bien ubicado sobre la carretera de cuota a Tepoztlan, a 200 mts. del Six flags ( lo que antes fue el parque acuatico del seguro social) al lado esta una estacion de autobuses de Pullman de Morelos y tambien muy cerca del centro de Oaxtepec. El fraccionamiento cuenta con club donde hay un chapoteadero, alberca, vestidores, regaderas, canchas de tenis, mesas de ping pong. El clima es muy rico, la mañana fresca el mediodia soleado y caluroso y por la tarde refresca nuevamente. Encuentras tiendas muy cerca para hielo, refrescos, cervezas, etc.

Este fraccionamiento está hermoso , lástima que donde rentamos por un fin de semana están sucio, la alberca super sucia ni siquiera la habían limpiado y las sábanas de las camas se veían muy sucias y hasta bichos en las almohadas habia
